Terms of Use (Programs + Retreats)
1) Educational wellness services (not medical care)
Alignbyzen provides holistic wellness education, coaching, and experiences (including programs, events, and retreats). We do not provide medical treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care, and we do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before starting any wellness program, making dietary changes, or participating in physical activities.
2) Client responsibility + results
You are responsible for your choices and participation. Any outcomes depend on many factors (including consistency, lifestyle, and individual circumstances). No guarantees are made.
3) Eligibility + participation
By using our services, you confirm you are able to participate safely and will stop and seek professional guidance if you experience symptoms or concerns. For retreats/events, you agree to follow all safety instructions and venue rules.
4) Payments + booking
Payment terms (including deposits, payment plans, and due dates) are presented at checkout and/or in your service agreement. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
5) Cancellations
You may cancel or stop services at any time; however, refunds and credits are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable agreement. Please review the policy tab for details.
6) Third-party platforms
We may use third-party platforms to deliver services and manage client information, including Practice Better, Google Forms, and Stripe. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
7) Intellectual property
All materials provided (documents, videos, guides, meal frameworks, and resources) are owned by Alignbyzen and are for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, or distribute materials without written permission.
8) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alignbyzen is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in services, events, or retreats, including outcomes related to client misuse, misjudgment, or non-compliance.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be handled in Florida jurisdiction.
Client Agreement / Service Contract (Additional Terms)
These apply when you sign a specific agreement for a program, package, service, or retreat:
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations of scheduled services may require forfeiture of a non-refundable deposit and/or may be subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Personalized payment plans: Payment options vary by offer and may include deposits and payment plans.
- Informed consent: When required, you will receive informed consent forms prior to services.
- Confidentiality: We maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable Florida confidentiality laws and HIPAA-aligned practices when applicable.
- Licensed practitioners: Practitioners hold relevant licenses/certifications for the modalities offered.
- Scope of practice: Services are provided within the defined scope of practice for each modality and in alignment with Florida laws and regulations.
